SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:

Weights and measures fee.  Imposes a fee of one-tenth of one cent on fuels subject to Virginia's fuels taxes with the proceeds to be used solely to test petroleum dispensing pumps.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Weights and measures fee.  Authorizes the Commissioner of Agriculture and Consumer Services to establish inspection and certification fee of $17.50 on each weight and measure commercially used in Virginia.
