SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Prescribing marijuana as medicine; repeal. Repeals the ability of doctors to prescribe, pharmacists to dispense pursuant to a valid prescription, and persons to possess pursuant to a valid prescription marijuana for the treatment of cancer or glaucoma. The bill also limits the ability of medical professionals to prescribe, dispense, or administer controlled substances within the course of their professional practices.
