SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Communication and cooperation among law enforcement and behavioral health services providers; study; report. Directs the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services to convene a work group to study communication and cooperation among law enforcement and behavioral health services providers and to provide recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly by December 1, 2014.
