Study; JLARC to study consolidation of law-enforcement agencies under the Virginia State Police; report. Directs the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission to study consolidation of all state law-enforcement agencies under the Virginia State Police. This resolution was continued to the 2015 Session of the General Assembly.
