SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Memorializing the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to authorize clinical trials; cannabidiol oil and THC-A oil. Expresses the sense of the House of Delegates that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration be urged to authorize clinical trials to determine the efficacy of using cannabidiol oil and THC-A oil for the treatment of epilepsy.
