SUMMARY:
Miscellaneous offenses; advertising rebate; installation of replacement glass. Prohibits any person selling or engaged in the sale or installation of replacement glass from advertising, promising to provide, or offering any coupon, credit, or rebate to pay all or part of an insurance deductible under a property and casualty insurance policy. The bill provides that any person who violates this provision shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor.
