SUMMARY:

Virginia Racing Commission; revocation of licenses. Requires the Virginia Racing Commission to revoke any operator's license issued for the operation of a satellite facility if the licensee fails to conduct live racing at a licensed racetrack within one year of issuance of the satellite facility license.
