SUMMARY:

Elections; campaign finance disclosure reports; review procedures. Requires the general registrar, pursuant to instructions provided by the State Board of Elections, to catalog and review for completeness the reports filed with the local electoral board. The local electoral board may assign this responsibility to the secretary of the electoral board. The bill provides for notice to persons filing incomplete reports of the need for additional information.
